We want you to love your Finnelle Haus pieces. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage.
- All original tags must be attached and intact.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
How to start a return
Simply email us at finnellehaus@yahoo.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will send you a prepaid return label to make the process easy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.
