Orders & Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping times vary by location but usually take 3–7 business days once shipped.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.

What carrier do you use?
We ship using reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us at finnellehaus@yahoo.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

Returns

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.

How do I start a return?
Simply email finnellehaus@yahoo.com with your order number and we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label.

Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

How will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

Are there items that cannot be returned?
Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

How do I know what size to order?
Our pieces are true to size. If you’re between sizes or have specific fit questions, feel free to reach out at finnellehaus@yahoo.com.

Do you offer a size guide?
We don’t have a size guide available at the moment, but we’re happy to help you choose the right fit via email.

How should I care for my Finnelle Haus pieces?
Care instructions vary by item. Please check the label on your garment for guidance. If you’re unsure, email us at finnellehaus@yahoo.com and we’ll be happy to advise.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. At this time, we do not accept Klarna or Afterpay.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our store uses Shopify’s secure checkout system to keep your information safe and protected.
